We are excited to begin preparing for our upcoming Cultural Evening!

To help make this event a success, we would like to invite you to a Parent Meeting on:

During the meeting, we will discuss:

🌍 Cultural dishes – what foods each family would like to bring and share
🎨 Decorations – ideas for representing and celebrating our different cultures
🪑 Set-up – organising tables, food areas and decorations
🎟️ Pricing & tickets – discussing the pricing and how our ticket system will work
🤝 Parent involvement – how we can work together to make the evening a success

This evening will be a wonderful opportunity for our students, families and wider school community to celebrate the different cultures and backgrounds that make our school so special.

Your ideas and involvement are greatly appreciated, and we encourage as many parents as possible to attend.

We warmly invite you to our Student-Led Conferences on: Wednesday, 2 September 2026, from 1:30pm. This is where student lead and share their learning from Term 1 to now. 

School will finish at 1:30pm. Children will stay at school until they have attended their conference with their parents. They may go home after their conference.

Bookings are available through the Skool Loop app under "Bookings". 

Each session will run for 10 minutes, with three students attending at a time.

Join us on Thursday 24 September, from 5:00–7:00pm at HubWest, for a wonderful evening celebratingthe 14 cultures within our school community.

Our students will showcase cultural performances,and families are warmly invited to participate too.

Delicious cultural foods representing our diverse ethnicities will be available for purchase. This special evening is also a fundraiser for our school. 

Come along, celebrate our diversity, enjoy great food and performances, and support our school!

Reminder:

 Parents/caregivers will need to pickup their child or children by 4pm as no staff will be at school.
